Andra Munger, Ph.D. – Developmental Therapist and Director

Andra is a cognitive development therapist, using an integrated and developmental approach to improve learning in children and adults. Andra has a Ph.D. in Immunology and a Waldorf teaching certificate. Andra’s teaching experiences utilized a systems approach involving close integration between the intellectual, emotional and physical development of the child. Her studies at the National Institutes of Health (NICHD and NICDS), Immunex Corporation and the University of Washington centered largely on cellular interactions of the immune system and the brain. Andra’s academic background and her experiences with children in classroom and individualized cognitive development settings provide a foundation for her understanding of the relationships between cognitive skills and academic learning.
